As Campaign Lead, I finalized the campaign scope and deliverables with YG Entertainment, ensuring alignment between Starbucks’ brand standards and the partner’s creative vision

  • Collaborated with our creative agency to develop a co-branded campaign narrative and marketing assets that resonated with fans of both brands

  • Oversaw the design of limited-edition promotional items (stickers, reusable cups) to drive visibility and engagement

  • Managed the APAC regional rollout, adapting executions for key markets while maintaining brand consistency
